If I could give a negative response I would. I made an appointment with them and explain that I lived 1 and 1/2 hrs away. The salesman told me that they would give me a 25.00 gift visa for my gas I made an appointment with them and explain that I lived 1 and 1/2 hrs away. The salesman told me that they would give me a 25.00 gift visa for my gas. I was told that a manager as well as a finance guy was going to sit with me and go over everything. That was not the case. I meet the manager's and a salesman whom I had never spoke with. I was told to fill out all my information before I saw even 1 car. Then was asked to fill out credit information. When I didn't have the information they wanted from me ...(that I wasn't told to bring.) I went to show them proof of my income when I over heard them making fun of me and making rude comments. As soon as they realized I was standing there they started to whisper. At that moment I was told that MY OWN LOANING BANK was asking for more proof. I asked for my keys back right then. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL ANYONE WHO ASKS ME. DON'T GO THERE. More

Superb,as usual I drove 700 miles ( round trip) even tho there is a Toyota dealer near my Summer home. Bret Whirsides in Service has been taking car of my card for 16 years, always honest, capable and meets his commitments and quoted prices.i have bought 4 cars from Stokes Brown primarily because of him him and the Service Dept. After multiple trips back to the dealership because the work was not completed correctly, I will not use or recommend this service department to anyone. I rarely write a negative review but Bret WhiteSide and his team are just terrible. Every time I would come get the car they would tell me its perfect, we tested everything and it's running great. A mile down the road, the engine light comes on again. This is unacceptable for any service department. You cannot continue to miss things and then make excuses of why you missed them. $3,000 dollars later and my car still isn't repaired correctly. What is Bret's reply to that after having my car for a month and hounding me to come and pick it up because its "supposedly" ready? "Oh we didn't think to test your Smart key after we replaced the sensor and instrument cluster". We are going to have to replace another part to get that to work". I have given Bret and his team ample opportunities to make this right but they have failed on every level. Because of Bret, I will not be using Stoke's Beaufort's service department ever again. It's unfortunate that I will have to go to another town, besides my own, to get service in the future. But hopefully I will at least know the work will be completed correctly. More
