Terrible experience from out of state buyer. Promised phone calls and email's wouldn’t arrive , took many attempts to get questions answers, they messed up the delivery date, registration late a Promised phone calls and email's wouldn’t arrive , took many attempts to get questions answers, they messed up the delivery date, registration late and required a zillion calls. And now the car itself, a gold cpo, does not meet expectations . The info screen looks 20 years old , the car vibrates in idle, and its a very rough ride for a camry le. They have the cheapest possible tires on them they can get away with snd have refused to exchange them. If you are an out of state buyer, I cannot recommend this dealership unless you love stress and inferior toyotas More

From the time I spoke with Alby, until a week later when I drove off in my new purchase, the process was seamless. The ease in which Alby reviewed options, toured inventory, explained numbers, and created an offer was so easy that I did not even have time to finish a bottle of water. And Michael, the business manager, walked me through the finishing process as if we had known each other for years, hadn't seen each other in awhile and were just catching up on details.... This operation is not the norm, it is the exception. I can assure you, you won't find the level of care, professionalism, authenticity and moral values as you will at Stokes. You've heard my story.
