Dan was incredibly helpful, patient, and transparent. I was very indecisive when it came to knowing what car I would like and sorting out my financial options. Dan and Hank are the absolute best at Stoke Toyota. They came to pick me up from my home with the vehicle I wanted to see and test drive. They were exceptional nice and the customer service over to the moon and back. Went out of there ways to pick me up from home then when I got there prioritize my time more than anything. They double team to make sure all the paperwork and the vehicle was ready and out of the dealership with a new car with a tank full. Anything or even put it back together all the way poor poor Got the truck back from them! I would say nothing was put back. Clips that hold wires back they don’t exist. Block heater cord just strung across everything that gets hot in the engine bay. Ask about a problem with rear end having no oil in it when I purchased this truck. O not are problem. !!! I wouldn’t take a car truck or even a motorcycle to these people Toyota. Of Hilton head should find a new career not in the truck market cause they suck ! Me. Did you change the rear end fluid Or look at it ? Service advisor yes no metal your fluid level is fine. no need no metal was found Me. That’s crazy. I think you all should have service the rear end. I had an amazing experience working with Daniel at Stokes Toyota Hilton Head. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. At first, we weren't able to find something that fit within my budget, and I was honestly getting ready to leave. Before I did, Daniel and the team took the time to look at a few more options and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and very close to my budget. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into making it work. I also came in a little unprepared, but Daniel never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Instead, he walked me through everything I needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every detail without rushing the process. The finance manager I worked with (I unfortunately don't remember his name) was just as wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain everything, making sure I chose the options that made the most sense for the long-term. When I picked up my vehicle, Daniel went above and beyond. He patiently showed me all of the features, helped me get everything set up, and even helped me move all of my belongings from my old vehicle into my new one. As well as removing stickers I required to keep. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much he cares about his customers. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Daniel and the team at Stokes Toyota made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. I highly recommend asking for Daniel if you're in the market for a vehicle.
