Great experience! We had been looking for a new 4Runner, had talked to 3 other delearships and could not find one we liked, or at a good price. It was even hard to get a salesman to call back in a timely manner. We decided to check out Stokes Toyota in Hilton Head. They have a huge inventory. Once we got there, we were greeted by Salesman Tom Calcaterra. He facilitatated and streamlined the entire sales process. Tom was completely up front and honest with everything! He was extremely helpful, dedicated, and had unsurpassed product knowledge. There were no games, no wasting time, or outrageous fees. The entire process was seamless. Finance was excellent! Glen was very helpful and personable. He secured the great deal on the car while beating our banks interest rate! Stokes was extremly generous with our trade in. By the time it was all over, we bought a TRD Premium for less than other delearships were charging for a SR5! Tom set the tempo and facilitated the entire deal. He then spent over 45 minutes making sure we understood all of the features of our new 4Runner. This was 2.5 hours after the delearship was closed! Tom is one of the best salesmen I have had the opportunity to work with and Stokes Hilton Head has his back.
