Customer Service All corporate businesses like to hire competent employees. Having said this, we find Tom Calcaerra should be looked upon for bonuses, more responsibility and early promotions. He is ambitious, willing to put in the hours necessary, and is more than capable for early advancement. He listened to our wants and needs and directed us to a vehicle that satisfied our requirements. His patience was exemplary in dealing with senior citizens especially in taking over an hour and a half to show, demonstrate and set up the complicated technology on the vehicle. His tutorial on the operating systems was easy to follow and his willingness to follow up on future needs demonstrates his commitment to customer satisfaction. Lisa and Hugh Hill More

This was our first time leasing a vehicle and so we had many questions about how the terms and conditions of a lease works. We were told that as long as we purchased or leased our next vehicle through Stokes that when we got to our last leasing year they would waive any mileage costs or any extra fees that came with the lease. We started getting the emails about our lease ending soon a few weeks ago. I found another vehicle online that I was willing to purchase and even go up on payments some. Everyone I spoke with was nice but they were unwilling to honor what I was told. I honestly feel taken advantage of. It is underhanded to reap the benefits of a dishonest salesperson and leave the customer (that is looking to patronize your business again) with the short end of the stick. Unless they change the way they do business I will be returning my lease and taking my business elsewhere. More
