Daniel Kral provided us outstanding service that led to our purchasing a RAV4 prime. He did not try to push anything extra on us. Because of his help, I found a vehicle that I was not even considering, but meets out needs better than I could have expected. Could not be happier with the purchase. Additionally, he has provided exceptional follow-up support as I had a few questions about the car and its features. Toyotas have a great reputation, so my opinion there is moot. However, I can say that if you are looking to get a Toyota or just want to find the right car for you, go see Daniel Kral -you will not be disappointed! More

Dan Kral is friendly and professional. I had not purchased a new car in many years and had lots of questions. During the test drive Dan was patient and informative. I was apprehensive about purchasing out of my home state but Dan guided us through the process and all went smoothly. Dan Kral was super attentive. If I were rating his actions alone it works be 5?stars for sure. As for the dealership as a whole: The “good” Clean facility. Front desk ladies were attentive, friendly, and expedient. Allot to keep one busy while waiting. Video games, comfortable seating, roomy and of course complimentary water and coffee. Big selection of vehicles. Dan Kral was a good listener, not pushy, and attempted to cater to all of our needs. Our retired marine finance rep Glenn was a good fella as well. He did his best to get us out as quick as possible while still doing his job and taking care of his employer. The not so good- Did not have the vehicle I inquired about on their website on the lot when we arrived for our appointment. It was at a different lot. The car my daughter chose had paint flaws that we would have hoped would have been pointed out to us by the sales team. Luckily I caught it before we finalized the deal. They corrected the issues and we came back two days later to complete the deal. The sales manager was a bit pushy. His demeanor almost drove me away. There’s no way we should have been pressured to finalize the deal before all work was completed. And the veiled threat that “we might not be able to offer the same deal when you come back” was uncalled for. All in all not a bad experience. Actually gave me the opportunity to give my 18 year old a hands on, in person training session in buying a vehicle from a dealership. I’m sure Stokes made some $ off of us. It’s a business and that’s what they are supposed to do and I guess that’s ok. More
