We showed up to the dealership to check out the available autos for lease. We had an expiring lease of another model of auto and did not want to go to that dealership. In dealing with Daniel in what I had been dreading - the wrangling with a dealership - turned into a pleasant experience. For personal reasons, I wanted the transaction to be handled by my younger wife. Daniel made her comfortable, did not talk down to her, did not unnecessarily man-splain, and treated her with respect and as she should have been, the decision maker. As a result she settled on the first car shown to her . It met our specs and there was no pressure for an up sell - something other dealers have done in the past. 5 stars for Daniel too. Once our decision was made, the legal/financial steps took place in a very reasonable amount of time and were professionally handled by Daniel and Glenn. Since lease, Daniel has reached our to check on us. Our first experience with Stokes was greatly enhanced by both Daniel and Glenn and has converted us to both the car company and the dealership.
