This is the first time I used Stoler for service. I do not usually go to a dealer except for peculiar problems that I do not feel other repair shops can handle. I may have to rethink that. I got the run around like you would expect at a car dealership. Said they could buyout my lease. Gave my an agreed upon vehicle price. Went in 6 days later (because they were to fix a paint issue) and dealership. Said they could buyout my lease. Gave my an agreed upon vehicle price. Went in 6 days later (because they were to fix a paint issue) and they increased the vehicle sale price and wouldnt honor pricing. And couldnt buyout my lease. When you purchase a new vehicle, you'd expect to take delivery of a vehicle that didn't have visible paint chips that was attempted to be fixed only by a paint marker which looked terrible.
