How would you rate Needs process improvement - it is not okay to keep customer waiting up to 45 minutes after a car has been repaired. I checked in my vehicle at 7:30 and and checked out at 10:48 am (3+ hou okay to keep customer waiting up to 45 minutes after a car has been repaired. I checked in my vehicle at 7:30 and and checked out at 10:48 am (3+ hours). Service rendered: oil change + existing battery replacement. Reason for delay- for a battery that is in warranty, we need to go through multiple hoops(can that paperwork be done AFTER car is checked out?). Really? I have had battery replaced at other places in the past that was in warranty. It did not take more than 30 minutes for them I was told that the courtesy vehicle was in repair so ride was out of question. Does it mean no backup courtesy vehicle? I noticed that the service advisor had to take out the only printer cartridge at least a dozen time that day. Give them good tools (may be back up printer ?) to be more efficient. Also while I waited for 3 hrs, not a single time the service advisor came to me to provide any kind of update. And I had to go to him to find out the next step which he did not like and I understand. The online tracking tools showed the vehicle in repair all the time although it was was repaired and ready for check out. Is that tool reliable?
