I feel that the labor is steep knowing that the technician aren't manually removing the parts but it is what it is. I will take it back for more repairs. More

A lot of things could have went better honestly. First, would be selling me a car and not telling how much I would be paying after 72 months. Over 56k is ridiculous to be paying for a car that’s not even worth $25,000. I sat in that dealership and received a car that did not receive an oil change or air filter changed. I have the pictures to prove it as well. The fact that I came the next day for those services and the dealership only did one task by “mistake” is also outrageous. The defoggers does not work on the windshield because it’s covered with some type of residue that needs to be washed off. Something else that should have been covered when Nissan detail the car for you. Yawl ran my credit 6 freaking times! If I waited 5 more minutes my score would’ve been checked at a total of 10 times if I didn’t lock my credit. There’s no way my credit score was 650 and yawl want me to make $780 monthly payments. My family been with this Nissan for almost 10 years now. I bought my first car from this Nissan, and this Chevy Malibu will surely be my last. I’m not about to pay you guys to fix problems that I’m noticing that should have been fixed before you sold me the car. Thank you for your time and I’ll be sure to not refer anyone here anymore. The last deal with “just put $125 down and you drive off the lot with a car” aren’t helping people, this is definitely robbery under these people noses. That commercial is just to reel us in knowing it’s a lie. More
