I was disappointed with this visit. I used to receive excellent customer service. But that has changed from the receptionist to the service rep. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11am. Dropped excellent customer service. But that has changed from the receptionist to the service rep. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11am. Dropped my car off and was told I would receive notification when my car was ready. Around 4pm I decided to call to,check the status of my car. I had to call several times before someone answered. And when they answered they were rude as though i was a bother and then I was disconnected!!!!! I went there anyway and they told me that my car was ready earlier and someone should've called me. And I said no one did. If I have to travel just to receive good service I will just to avoid this location. More

The young woman who assisted me was fantastic. Just about everyone else working there wore their masks under their chins. All of the customers properly wore protective masks. Not the service staff.
