The third-party warranty, killed the deal. We were all set to pay cash for a 2018 Nissan Murano with 66,321 miles on the odometer. But the finance manager said, they could not give us a Certified Nissan Warranty because the vehicle didn’t qualify. But the third-party warranty company, Endurance Contacted us by letter and informed us they would be going up on their coverage rates as much as $500. That was a Red Flag for us…So We Canceled The Deal More

Everyone at Stone Mountain Nissan has Awesome customer service!! They are always nice and friendly, especially my service advisor Heath Wages. He always take good care of me. The receptionist, Denise, is service!! They are always nice and friendly, especially my service advisor Heath Wages. He always take good care of me. The receptionist, Denise, is very nice also. Heath use to be located on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in 2011 and I followed him to Stone Mountain. This is a wonderful dealership. I bought two cars from this dealership; one in Union City and the other one I purchased from Carroll Braddy “Brad” in Stone Mountain. Brad always takes good care of me as well. I know all of the salesman and all of the service advisors. Everyone is nice. More

The online price has a note that the Doc Fee and Handling fee is included in the advertised price. When I got the price sheet it had those listed along with a warranty fee that I was told could not be taken fee is included in the advertised price. When I got the price sheet it had those listed along with a warranty fee that I was told could not be taken out. Instead of removing the Doc and Handling fee they increased the trade in value of my car, but in the many iterations the trade in value went back down a bit. Overall the negotiation process was frustrating. I was looking for advertised price - trade in + tax and tag. More
