The service department had our car for over a week and had several parts replaced on two separate occasions in an attempt to solve the problem. After all the parts were replaced, the problem persisted. It had several parts replaced on two separate occasions in an attempt to solve the problem. After all the parts were replaced, the problem persisted. It turned out the service tech did not configure the 1st component replaced (AV controller), causing additional issues and the replacement of additional parts. Further training is needed on the service technician and service representative. Bob White was very helpful at the end, however, getting the problem resolved and offered a loaner car for us, but only after over a week of us not having a car. More
