Dealership charged $208 for diagnostic including $33 for “miscellaneous fees”. When I declined the work and paid the diagnostic, we went to pick up our van and they had us there almost an hour looking for t “miscellaneous fees”. When I declined the work and paid the diagnostic, we went to pick up our van and they had us there almost an hour looking for the key they lost while in their possession. Figured this major inconvenience would lead to an offer to refund the diagnostic fees or something, but no. When we finally did go back, it was yet another struggle to find the NEW key. Borderline incompetent - or punishing us for declining the work. Not sure. More
My car battery died at church on Sunday, and all I could do was have it towed to the Nissan dealership. I spoke to a service manager and he helped make sure my car was ready to be picked up on Tuesday after do was have it towed to the Nissan dealership.
