DJ poor customer service. I pulled in the bay, sat in my car 10 minutes while he talk to another customer. I got out walked to the desk, stood there 3 minutes while he finishe I pulled in the bay, sat in my car 10 minutes while he talk to another customer. He asked, “How can I help you?” I said, “No you go ahead and finish with that customer.” The customer said, “No you go ahead we were not talking about nothing.” I told him I needed an oil change. He asked me if I knew how many miles were on the car? I said no do you want me to go look for you? DJ said, “No I will have someone else do it.” So I said, “-It appears that you don’t want to get up, so let me go over here and get it for you.” I walk to my car and yelled the miles back to him. DJ told me an oil change was regular $70, but with all the discounts it would be 48+tax. I said, “Just stop it; that’s not true. I had this conversation with Bob last time. Go ask him.” DJ said, “Bob is not here any longer. I walked off to the waiting area. DJ sat in his seat from the time I pulled in until I entered the waiting area. DJ “I just got pissed off.” I had to ask a sales rep to check on the status of my car after waiting two hours. My name was called over the speaker letting me know my car was ready, After paying I walked out to the Bay Area, my car was not present, so I asked DJ where was my car?” DJ said, “Probably somewhere on the side.” It was not there, but in front of the next building. No help from DJ. DJ had me hunting for my car. I had a grand DJ customer service. There is not many like him that are employed. More
The Advisor, DJ, was very professional and courtesy. He was able to fit me in on a Saturday without an appointment although another Advisor advised me to schedule an appointment for another day.
