I had nearly a 3 hour wait time for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment after arriving on a Saturday shortly after 9am. Not once did the service advisor check in on me or provide me with an update. rotation, and alignment after arriving on a Saturday shortly after 9am. Not once did the service advisor check in on me or provide me with an update. Typically, a complimentary multi-point inspection is completed with oil change, however this was not done for me. After my vehicle was serviced, a noticed a grinding noise when braking (never had this issue before) and my air pressure was less than 30 on all tires. Additionally, I had to request my vehicle from them after I became impatient with waiting, so I honestly don't know if all the services I paid for was even performed. I have visited this location multiple times since 2019 and have never received such crappy service as this instance. Needless to say, I will never return to this location for any type of service unless it is my only and last resort. More
