Stone Mountain Nissan is friendly and thorough in their work. They will schedule by appointment which reduces the wait in their comfortable waiting area. They failed to fix the motion sensor malfunction despite charging me the deductible and my warranty company $2,000. So what did I pay for? The service agent who couldn't return my calls nor pick up the phone and call his parts department to see if the sensors had arrived, quickly called my warranty company to see if the new charges would be covered. Smh. The most unethical and questionable people I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't go there for an oil and filter change. They've lost my business. Note that they don't respond to negative reviews.
