Had an appt at 9am for a recall and it took 3 hours. When we pulled into the svc lane at 9:00, we were greeted and was told to sit in the waiting area and we would be called by the svc rep Kalium. At 10 When we pulled into the svc lane at 9:00, we were greeted and was told to sit in the waiting area and we would be called by the svc rep Kalium. At 10:00 my husband checked to see why we had not been called to the svc agent's desk. He did not know we were there. So hubby was told it would be about an hour (from 10:00) we left there at 12:00!!!!!!!! We were not too happy about this experience. More
