I purchased a used car. A 2019 model with 13000 miles. The car was advertised for $19955. We worked out a deal based on this price at least a thought. To me it's a scam which was never disclosed. They also changed $1000 dealer prep. This is pure profit for them. It's a perfect case of bait and shift. Please beware of their poor business practices. I would not go to this dealership. They are dishonest. I set up an appointment for my son to bring in his car to get cleaned and run a diagnostic test. Cato was the person I set up the appointment with. Even the cashier was rude. She would not credit the account for a mistake she made on the bill and said he would have to come back in which he is not. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. More
