Really hard to get clear pricing This is perhaps the least transparent dealership I've been to. I've been buying vehicles for almost 40 years. They wanted to charge me a $1200 recon This is perhaps the least transparent dealership I've been to. I've been buying vehicles for almost 40 years. They wanted to charge me a $1200 recondition fee and a $900 doc fee. After I told them I wanted to sleep on it, they shredded the quote. Then they refused to give me quote over email for another vehicle I was interested in, claiming they don't do quotes over email, only in person. Awful customer experience. More
NOT AT ALL SATISFIED. I WAS STRAIGHT UP LIED TO., I was told I would receive a 90.00 discount..it didnt happen. I was told I asked for a tire rotation...not true, I asked for my tires to be checked for we told I would receive a 90.00 discount..it didnt happen. I was told I asked for a tire rotation...not true, I asked for my tires to be checked for wear. They charged me for a rotation. I was advised that my rotors needed replacing..I just had the tires rotated 5000 miles before, how did they wear so much that rotors are also required in 5000 miles? What happened to their 30 point inspection with each service...they missed the pad inspection so badly that the rotors needed replacing too?!!!! I was OVER CHARGED for services I NEVER REQUESTED, NOT GIVE THE CREDIT I WAS TOLD I WOULD BY THE SERVICE MAMAGER DAVE, AND PLAIN OLE LIED TO BY THE SERVICE ASSOC, WHO MADE UP SERVICE I NEVER REQUESTED. THE PARTS DEPT CAN CONFIRM I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING TIRES...WHY WOULD I ROTATE TIRES I THOUGHT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED? I WAS LAUGHED AT BY THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND NEVER GIVEN THE PROPER PRICING. I JUST MOVED HERE 2 YEARS AGO AND BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE DEALER FOR PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST SERVICE ON MY HIGHLANDER. I AM NO LONGER GOING TO STONE MOUNTAIN TOYOTA...THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER, FIND IT AMUSING WHEN ADVISING YOU. OF ISSUES AND FUNNY WHEN YOU TRY TO DISCISS ODDITIES IN BILLING.
