90 K service I asked for the 90K service plus check engine noise and repair the back seat folddown gamble. I was floored to receive a bill for $931! There were changes for $656 which I could have done later. Next time, I am going somewhere else! They also didn’t fix the seat handle. More

Marques made me feel like I received excellent service from the person who answered the call and transferred me to my Service Agent Marquise Johnson. Marques made me feel like I was treated as part of the Toyota Family; he had my best interest at heart. He took the time to explain to me, what parts were needed for my vehicle and why they were necessary dispite the cost! He showed genuine concern as to why I should be driving a vehicle that only has genuine Toyota parts ( my old brakes were off brand and caused my vehicle to vibrate whenever I pressed the brakes). Wonderful and excellent service. Marquise went above and beyond in his service to me. I will definitely be back to purchase the tires which he quoted me. Thank you Marquise!
