Bad Business My elderly parents bought a new car from them and within 24 hours they realized that the low seats were too painful to endure. The dealership basical My elderly parents bought a new car from them and within 24 hours they realized that the low seats were too painful to endure. The dealership basically said tough luck, that maybe they could work out a trade but it probably won't be an even one. I know that the law is that you own the car after you drive off with it, but I also know that they could have been more understanding and allow my 80+ year old dad out of this bad situation so soon after they took his money. But no, they'd rather play hardball and get even more money out of him in order for him to have a car that won't kill his joints. Avoid if you can. More
