Limited customer service I have been getting my car serviced here for nearly two years and I can count on one hand how many satisfying experiences I have had. I come here beca I have been getting my car serviced here for nearly two years and I can count on one hand how many satisfying experiences I have had. I come here because of convenience, and I have waiting till the last minute to get my car serviced, but it’s not worth it. I have watched and interacted with about 3 different general managers and saw staff come and go, and it’s because they lack the ability to treat customers right. Yesterday I was there over 4 hrs just to get my oil changed and to get 2 new tires. I watched people come and go, and I got there around 9. It was so crazy. Only when the general manager got involved did my car get serviced, but I had to wait an hour for that. What sucked is by that time I just wanted my car and not the tires. But who was gonna wait for them to take the tires off. Never again. More

It took soooo... long!!!! This was a 95k service which is essentially rotate the tires and check fluid levels. The service manager told me up front that it shouldn't take long. The service manager told me up front that it shouldn't take long. 1 1/2 hours later I realized that I had been there an awfully long time for the work that needed to be done. If I hadn't asked, I feel that I would still be waiting. In addition, they tried to upsell me with additives that aren't needed to begin with. To be fair, there was no resistance when I declined. I hope they do better in the future because they are the most convenient by far. Also, they have been good in the past, but one more subpar service though and I will move on. More
