It is a major purchase and it should not me one to be pushed into. Especially when it’s not returnable. I actually never got the facts on what my car’s interior has to offer. More

10 out of 10! Stone Mtn Toyota had the best prices in the area. Then Shayna Cloud was a rockstar in getting the car I wanted. From the test drive to the drive off of the lot everything was neat, easy, and honestly worry free. I have never bought a car from a dealership and was worried about the process the whole drive there. But after we got moving and looking at the cars, the worry was gone and turned into excitement! If I am ever looking for a car again, Stone Mountain Toyota will be my first stop! More

Overpriced, uncertain, borderline deceptive _Went in to fix the ignition cylinder. The car was inspected (perhaps haphazardly) and i was told to go home because they needed to order parts then c _Went in to fix the ignition cylinder. The car was inspected (perhaps haphazardly) and i was told to go home because they needed to order parts then come back 3 days later so they could fix it. Came back as told only to be informed they messed up and the order didn't go through. They said it would be ready the next day. Nope, i was told AGAIN, not until the next day. And then once more, I was told AGAIN not until tomorrow. _In total they wasted me three days, without any regards for my personal business that could have been impacted because of their incompetency and the fact that I might have had to spend lots of money for ride-sharing service because I didn't have a vehicle (thanks to them). At the end, they had the guts to charge me, a poor student, NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS for fixing a xxxxxxx lock. Keep in mind the price was only ballooned up because they bought the parts at full MSRP price even though the OFFICIAL toyota superstore lists the price as $200 cheaper. _Absolutely HORRIBLE. Bought car here, done lots of services here. But never again. I will bring my business to other dealers next time and will told everyone I know to steer clear of this place. More

But my last visit I felt like I was taking advantage of since I’m a young female. He was telling me all the problems my car had which made no sense because I got the car here when it was brand new and I’ve been the only owner. I took it here to get serviced so how did all of these problems came up of a sudden? It was over $500 in quotes so I won’t be returning. Everything was unnecessary and I spent more than I usually do here. More
