Over the last few years we I’ve own my Toyotas over the years/decades and have always preferred using Dealerships to perform my routine maintenance. Over the last few years we owned a Honda Odyssey, but are back with the purchase of a Camry. I was overall very pleased not only with the cost but with ease of service. My technician was very easygoing and pleasant, with no high-pressure, overpriced services. My only gripe was that after I pulled into the service area, there was no one to greet me. I had to go and seek out someone. Luckily that person was Mr McCalla who did a Great job! I have his number programmed into my phone, and he will definitely be my point of contact in the future!
