Drop off and pickup take way too long I had an appointment, when I dropped vehicle off Service Rep had me wait inside for 10 minutes while my ride waited for me to come out. When I asked w I had an appointment, when I dropped vehicle off Service Rep had me wait inside for 10 minutes while my ride waited for me to come out. When I asked why I was waiting they said it was okay to leave. They called me to come pick up. When I came 15 minutes later, I had to wait 28 minutes for them to process the paperwork. More
