Over all good The people were friendly. I was a little upset that I could not get my extra key or a car full up the night I purchased my car. I had to go back the n The people were friendly. I was a little upset that I could not get my extra key or a car full up the night I purchased my car. I had to go back the next day. I went in the next day and they could not find the key but filled up my car. The parts department wasn’t open so they said I would have to come back yet again for them To make a key and get it programmed. This would not Be an issue if I wasn’t an hour and 20 min away and putting all those miles on my new car! He said that they would fill up my car again for having to come in again but it’s the fact that... when can I get in to have this done. I work all week and honestly that is a lot of miles to put on my new care. Just upsets me a little. It’s Labor Day and they said they would get with me next week to let me know the process so I’ll see if I get a call. I honest think they should make a key from vin number and bring key out to me and get it programmed.,I have already went in once to get it and they can’t find it. Again this would not be an issuer if I was closer to dealership. More

Blake Burns in service had us in and out! My past two visits I have dealt with Harry. He is very nice but not the fastest. Today I dealt with Blake had me in and out earlier than promised. Most of the other service riders are on their phones, eating, slow and act like they don't want to work. No sense of urgency. The ladies that greet you are nice and professional. The cashier with the big hair was beautiful and took ownership finding out the ETA for my car. More

Customer service provided by Kristen was not good. Good customer service is very important as that is what is why customers choose to return. The customer service I received from Kirsten was far from Good customer service is very important as that is what is why customers choose to return. The customer service I received from Kirsten was far from good. She is very unprofessional and needs to be trained that you do not speak to customers as though they are your friends. She is also very aggressive. I wanted to cancel the part of my service to address the recall on my airbag. I had to tell her twice before she would cancel it. She also tried to bill me for a service that we did not discuss. Kristen needs to be trained on customer service and to value her customers more than she does her commission. More
