It's worth the drive to another Toyota dealership I came into the service drive in, got out my car, and no one even looked my direction. I haven't been there before so didn't know where to ask for an I came into the service drive in, got out my car, and no one even looked my direction. I haven't been there before so didn't know where to ask for an oil change. I had to walk around and ask 2 people for help on getting a request for oil change service put it. once they directed me to a service advisor that was sitting there the whole time, she didn't even say hi or welcome, just asked what I needed. She was very hard to hear and understand. Once I got into the waiting room, everything is out dated and has wear on tables/seats. Did not feel clean. At check out I presented a coupon and they told me I should have gave it to advisor. Made it sound like it was my mistake when I didn't even know what to do with it in the first place. Just a very bad service department overall. More

Brian further familiarized me with the vehicle of my choice, a 2017 Toyota Camry, so that he could provide exactly what I needed, and was looking for. He was also gracious enough to introduce my son Nigel and me to the dealership leader, who impressed us both with his easygoing and friendly, but firm, manner. Based on the way these variables were handled, I concluded that this Toyota dealership is in very good hands. More
