Really disappointed My 1st visit to this location. I had made an appt online for an oil change but still had to give my info all over again. Harry in service was friendl My 1st visit to this location. I had made an appt online for an oil change but still had to give my info all over again. Harry in service was friendly and called me to let me know of $900 in additional services which I declined.. I'd had my car serviced 3 months previously & know I didn't need most of that. He later called to let me know my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car the cashier was training someone & it took them a while to check me out. Then it took the service manager & 4 others 35 minutes to find my car! 1 of the workers when I complained about them losing my car, said he didn't know me so he hadn't lost it & asked if I'd used my key fob to walk around & find my car, really? 20 minutes later I was told a new girl had thought my car was Harry's personal car, parked it in employee parking & then for another 15 minutes they couldn't find the manager who had my key. For my inconvenience Harry only offered a discount on one of the additional services when I returned. Why would I want to return? Horrible. More
