Bad customer service and cheating They didn't fix my problem . i went for change tire and what they did is they put the new tire on the back of my car and tried to send me with the s They didn't fix my problem . i went for change tire and what they did is they put the new tire on the back of my car and tried to send me with the spare tire which i put when i got blowout . Also there was TPMS signal on my dashboard and when i asked the the assistant service manger he told me it will go off by itself. When i insisted him to check it up he told me it is expensive ,so take it to NTB and they will fix it. when i told him to check it again he took the car back to check it. I sat for 1 hr and he told me the same thing and i realized that he didn't check any thing. The problem was their technician damaged the TPMS sensor. lastly i took my car to Discount tire they fixed it with cheap price and great customer service. I will never recommend this place,specially DO NOT GO IN THE AFTERNOON . More
