I reached out to him after the local service center was saying I needed a laundry list of services and claimed that they couldn't look up our history. He was able to look up the service history, told me which services were already completed, and gave me honest pricing which was lower than the other guys. Needless to say, Stone Mountain Toyota gained a customer because of Randy. He is an exceptional employee who you can trust. We have been trusting him for years and counting! More
