Was not notified Until I got home and reviewed my inspection form did I realize my car needed brake and transmission fluid. I was in for the 65k check and all that was done was top off fluids and rotate tires for $20. Really? Also I had just had engine and cabin filters changed. Report stated they needed further attention. I’m wondering if my car was really serviced. I believe I’ll be in search of another service provider. More

Incredible wait times for small tasks. Be prepared to wait. I’m happy with the car I got, but I spent so much time sitting and waiting with little explanation of why that I almost reconsidered. I spent over 90 I’m happy with the car I got, but I spent so much time sitting and waiting with little explanation of why that I almost reconsidered. I spent over 90 minutes at a desk between the agreement being signed and meeting with finance. A few days later, I came to get a duplicate key made (as part of our terms) and I was told it would only take 30 minutes. I waited for 3 hours, constantly being reassured it would “just be another 10 minutes”, causing me to eventually be late to my job. I understand that service departments can be busy, but some measure should be taken so that a simple task doesn’t take 3 hours, instead of 30 minutes. More
