He offered to buy me lunch, taking money out of his own wallet. I, of course, declined but was pleased by the gesture. He was professional, easy to work with and never gave up until all options had been exhausted. I was able to purchase a new car and will certainly be back to purchase subsequent vehicles from Afit. On the downside, I was incredulous at the markup for the wheel that I purchased. It cost me over $500; I found many, online, for less than $200. I wouldn’t have purchased the wheel from a dealer if I hadn’t been planning to go out of town. But, I didn’t want to take any chances on safety, on my trip; so I had no choice. Your prices are exorbitant. Your staff are great. More

Stained on brand new leather seats. The techs stained my leather seats in my 2018 Camry XSE. There was blue stains on my drivers side seat and oil and a greasey substance on the passenge The techs stained my leather seats in my 2018 Camry XSE. There was blue stains on my drivers side seat and oil and a greasey substance on the passenger seat. This is a very careless act that could of been avoided. I guess the techs forget this is a thirty thousand dollar car. I make the notes not them. Why would they care. My question is this would you replace the seats , the exact same seats, without trying to explain away the condition of the seats cause by your techs. I bet you wouldn’t.. More
