This car dealerships is sadly one of the worst car dealerships I have ever dealt with. Their activities can be considered criminal!!! They charge/steal up to 30% more than they should. ToyoTechs also found an issue with my brakes because they actually did a full diagnostic and not just run codes on a diagnostic computer. More

I was told that it was $149 to do a diagnostic test. When paying it was $170 including shop fees and tax. I was told it would be $3,029 to replace a coolant water pump and coolant heat storage tank. Even though other dealerships charge $1100 for the coolant water pump it is $1,692 here and the coolant water pump is $144. Another shop ToyoTech can do this job for $1,100. I'll update this review after taking it there because likely this issue is more minor and does not need the entire parts replaced. My car isn't even worth $3,029. It's really too bad they don't find better solutions. I feel like every time I have come to the dealership I have been upcharged. They told me my hybrid battery would be one price but then it was $500 more when I came to pick it up. They did an air pressure sensor which I did not ask for and charged me $200. Labor is $149/hour plus shop fee and tax. This is the last time I take my car to the dealership. More
