I purchased a 2002 Nissan Altima from this dealership on Christmas Eve of 2011. It is now June 28th 2012 and as of tomorrow I'll have spent my 5000th dollar on repairs to the car. I called the dealership Christmas Eve of 2011. It is now June 28th 2012 and as of tomorrow I'll have spent my 5000th dollar on repairs to the car. I called the dealership and was directly sent to the manager who could only say he was sorry. He offered me no assistance whatsoever. Now I know that there is no way to predict things going wrong but I've had to replace, in order; alternator, valve cover gasket, all of my spark plugs, coil pack, and best of all my cylinder head ($3400 alone). This dealership has great salesmen, don't get me wrong. They took great care of me in the purchase of the vehicle, but I will NEVER recommend them to anyone for their horrible customer service and lack of concern once a purchase has been made. At the end of the phone call the manager actually asked me if I would consider bringing the car in to trade for a "good price." Are you kidding me? More
The dealer offers a price that matches the price I got from another dealer. But they don't beat them. Then they said they could give me 0 APR to save more money. However, after they did that for me, it turns out to be much more expensive. They are keeping to phone me to persuade me to buy the car at their place which are very annoying. Anywan, I am not recommend this dealer. More
