Irnes Masic immediately brought the car I wanted around and did not try to sell me something I did not ask for. He was very knowledgeable about the model and took the time to go over the features prior to the test drive. He answered every question I had without hesitation. Kurt Mechling had the paper work ready in no time and it took us maybe 30 minutes to go over and sign off on the sale. All told, I was in and out in a couple of hours. The last new car I purchased (from a different dealership) took two days to close on. I would highly recommend Stone Mountain Volkswagen. I'm positive your experience will be as pleasant as mine. Pleasant Car Buying Experience I had a car that no longer suited my needs, so I started looking online for a VW GTI. I used the True Car app and was almost immediately contacted by I had a car that no longer suited my needs, so I started looking online for a VW GTI. I used the True Car app and was almost immediately contacted by Irnes Masic. He was helpful without being pushy. After looking at the inventory of the Atlanta area, I realized that Stone Mountain VW had the most cars that fit my requirements and the lowest listed prices, so drove over to test drive some cars. Stone Mountain VW had the hard to find GTI SE with the Deep Teal Green exterior, Clark plaid interior, and DSG transmission. Irnes and I took a test drive. I was happy to find that he, too was a GTI enthusiast. Irnes was very knowledgeable about the GTI and all of the new features that have been added since my last (MK6) GTI, especially the technology. I am a 50 year old woman, and am sometimes stumped by new technology, but Irnes made learning the many new technology features of the GTI SE simple. The GTI SE was my 6th Volkswagen, so you could say that I am an enthusiast. It was so nice to have a salesperson who knew the car inside and out and thoroughly explained the features, so that when I left the dealership, I felt comfortable that I could find everything that I needed to safely drive home. Irnes in sales and Tamimi in finance worked hard to get me a price that I could afford, so that I could comfortably pay for the car that I really wanted. Tamimi thoroughly explained the financing and got me a rate that I was happy with. Irnes and Tamimi were both very friendly and helpful without pressuring me to buy. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and I would say that this is the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. More
