I came to Stone Mountain Volkswagen already I recently had the pleasure of working with Irnes Masic on the purchase of my new 2018 Volkswagen GTI SE. I came to Stone Mountain Volkswagen already knowing the exact car I wanted to buy. I had two dealer stock numbers of the exact same model/trim/color/options in hand and Irnes brought both vehicles to me so I could compare them to pick the one that looked the cleanest. At no point did Irnes attempt to up-sell me into a higher trim model; he respected that I had made my choice and he sold me the exact car I wanted. The entire purchase process was seamless, and Irnes made me feel very comfortable and valued as a customer, never making me feel pressured or nervous (as some car purchase experiences sometimes feel). As a GTI enthusiast himself, Irnes and I connected on a good level. He was extremely professional and simultaneously personable. I could tell that he truly cares about his customers. Irnes contacted me a short time after the purchase of my new vehicle to ask how I was liking it. That was a very thoughtful touch. He reiterated that if I ever had any questions, needs, or issues regarding the vehicle that I should never hesitate to reach out to him. I write this review as I sit in Stone Mountain Volkswagen's service lounge, waiting for my 1,000 mile oil change. (I'm replacing the engine break-in period oil with fresh oil!) I reconnected with Irnes here, and it reminds me that he's a great guy and consummate professional in his field. More

Great experience yet again I arranged to buy my wife a car short notice. Deni was awesome at squeezing us in again. On my way down, my AC started acting up on my car. I was heading up to Detroit in a few days and couldn’t have any issues due to starting a new job, so I decided to try and get me a car as well. I told Deni of my situation... moving and changing states. Stone Mountain VW worked with me and a few hours later, we had 2 new Jettas. I would like to say, I’m ecstatic so far.
