This was the easiest transaction I've had thus far, and one of the easiest I've ever had out of the roughly 2 dozen vehicles I've purchased. Carlos Miranda is highly professional, prompt, courteous, and respectful. I was never pressured, but he was willing to work on my terms and provide me with the information I wanted and needed to make a purchase decision. Everything was handled either via E-mail, text, or phone when necessary. I had a trade in, and that was also handled via iPhone photos that were texted over. Also, the Finance Manager, Tamimi is wonderful to work with as well. He's polite, kind, and respectful. I don't know if they'll have what I'm looking for when I go to purchase again, but if they do, you can bet I'll be calling on these guys. A++ More
