After almost a year of “window shopping", I decided to finally get serious about purchasing one. My current car had about 3 to 4 more months before it was going to need some serious work done to it and I didn’t want to spend that kind of money on an 11 year old car. After conducting a search for a Urano Gray Passat R Line with the lighting package and black interior, I found one at Stone Mountain VW. I contacted the dealership and was very fortunate that Sung Hong was my salesperson. I called Sung on a Tuesday and explained that I couldn’t get out to see the car until that Friday. Sung was able to “hide” the car and had it waiting for me when I pulled up. Once I got to the dealership, Sung made the entire transaction as “easy as pie.” I got the car I wanted, the color I wanted, the interior I wanted AND best of all, at the right price! I see why Sung is the #1 VW salesperson in the state of Georgia! He knows his product inside out and knows how to make a customer feel comfortable. Although many dealerships offer a Foreign Professional Program to allow some one like me to finance a car with no US credit history they're one of the few dealerships that is actually competent enough to know how to use it. They were able to secure finance at a decent APR and for a period of time that must have been very difficult for them to organize given my situation. Prices are near unbeatable and the process was unbelievably smooth. They take care of everything and make it really easy for you to deal with them via phone and email. When you eventually go there they have everything prepared and make the process as quick as possible. Great job! Highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation. More
