My husband and I looked around for something but always seemed pushed by the salesman. We looked online to see who had the best prices, we decided to give Stone Mountain a shot. We were looking on the lot and from a mile a way we saw the beard. I groaned inside because he looked so bright eyed and bushy tailed even though the weather seemed bleak. He came up to us and politely asked what we were interested in. Honestly that threw me off because most salesmen had asked to show me something. We told him we were interested in the Wolfsburg edition and started asking questions about it. He answered all of our questions and found out the answers to the questions he didn’t know for sure. I respect that, admitting fault then remedying the problem. He was awesome when it came to test driving and looking at the insides of different cars. It was raining and gross outside but he kept going back and forth grabbing keys. He provided an umbrella which was super thoughtful. He gave me and my husband time to think about it, weigh our options and decide without someone hovering over us like a hungry wolf. After we decided on a car, the rest was cake. Paperwork was easily negotiated and settled. We didn’t spend all day there as opposed to our other car buying experiences. From start to finish including two test drives, we were there maybe 3 hours. Miguel was a trooper and I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. More

Carlos and the staff there at the dealership made trading a vehicle and purchasing a new one from out of state painless! Being from out state so we were some what reluctant about doing the process from 400 miles away. Carlos was terrific and made purchasing a vehicle from out of state very easy.
