After a few minutes speaking to Irnes (Sales) and Tamimi (Finance) on the phone, I drove 25 minutes past two other VW dealers to get there. Rather than pitching features and functionality, they listened to my questions & concerns and nothing changed between the phone and when we showed up. I came in with my wife and two young kids. They moved us as quickly through the process as possible so we didn’t spend our Saturday in the dealership! We drove off in a new Jetta that was cleaned and gassed up while we were talking.
