Having bought over 40 cars in my lifetime, I'm familiar with all the smoke and mirrors that go on once they get you in the door, but guess what - none of that here! Initial contact via phone was with Lynda, who assured me that they would make it worth the drive. Still somewhat skeptical (it's a car dealer afterall!) we agreed to meet Saturday morning. Upon arrival, Lynda met us and introduced us to Sung Hong, who showed us the Tiguan SEL we were interested in and took us for a lengthy test drive and showed the awesome features of the vehicle - this is one awesome SUV! Sung has an amazing sense of humor and truly enjoys what he does! I told them what we were looking to do, discussed our Jetta lease turn-in, and then they took care of everything. Initial price presented was what we discussed, we shook hands and the car went to detail. We then met with "Tamimi" who was thorough and low pressure on the finance side, and then waited for a few minutes more on the car coming up from detail. In and out in a little over 2 hours - amazing. And the young man from detail stood by the vehicle while we looked all over, and cleaned a couple of areas over again until we were satisfied. There's good reason these great people are the #1 volume VW dealer in Georgia, so if you live within 100 miles of this place and are looking to be treated with respect and courtesy, make the drive and ask for Sung Hong! More

The service department is improving! After not hearing back from the Service Department regarding getting my GTI's compass fixed, I decided to stop in, instead of calling. I was told the part was in, but, they were unable to schedule an appointment for me due to a lack of loaner cars. I told them that was unacceptable and the new service department garage foreman (Randy) was upfront and listening. Lo and behold between Randy, Chris and Sam working together they arranged to fix my car on the spot! I could not be more pleased!!!!!! My car's compass is now working properly due to Randy's expertise. Thank you all for your excellent customer service! More

Deni called that morning to confirm our appointment. We arrived and were greeted by a man outside and he showed us in to meet with Deni. Deni was extremely knowledgeable about the Touareg we liked and showed us all of it's features. This is the 4th VW I have owned, I am passionate about VWs and so is Deni! We decided to buy the car and while they were getting the car ready for us we went to lunch. We asked Deni for a recommendation of where to go and he suggested a place that was delicious. Everything, from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away in our new car went so smooth. Great Experience! More
