I submitted an inquiry on a specific vehicle on 7/26/2020 at 10am and got a response from Carlos Miranda at 10:50 am, which is before the dealership opened. He asked me to give him the exact offer I wanted. He then spoke with his managers, quickly called me back, and said we had a deal! We set a time for me to come in that afternoon, and I was finished with everything at the dealership in about two hours. Thanks to Carlos, Kurt (Finance Manager), and the other managers for making the process easy, efficient, and highly professional! This is by far the easiest buying process I’ve ever had out of the 40+ vehicles (5th VW product) I’ve purchased in the past 13 years.
