I doubted he knew much about cars because he looked young, but to my surprise i learned a few things from him. When walked in the office i was surprised to see so many consultants around, but Tarik took the initiative to come out. He was very professional ,knowledgable and had a great personality. I did have a another car in mind at another dealership and the car at VW was secondary, but i ended up coming back to VW and purchasing my vehicle from them because of Tarik. He was very prompt and made my transaction with VW smooth and easy. I would recommend anyone looking at a vehicle at VW Stn Mt to work wit Tarik, it was a pleasure. Thank You! More

BAD DEALERSHIP OR BAD CAR? I bought a 2014 CPO from this dealership in July. So far, I have had it back 8 times. The first 3, for minor things like keys not working, bumper not I bought a 2014 CPO from this dealership in July. So far, I have had it back 8 times. The first 3, for minor things like keys not working, bumper not aligned, radio clicking. The last 5 times were for a serious hard shift in the transmission. They claimed the transmission has burnt fluid and will need to be replaced. Now they have refused to help me. Only had the car 2 months. Is it a bad car or a BAD DEALERSHIP? I think a good dealership would take care of their customers. Not a good dealership at all. Don't buy here. More
