Good, bad or otherwise review Honestly, I hate the hassle of buying a car! You roll in expecting to get burned and usually you do but not this experience. Claude first sat us down Honestly, I hate the hassle of buying a car! You roll in expecting to get burned and usually you do but not this experience. Claude first sat us down for 30 minutes and listened to our needs and what was important to us, than outside we went. He showed us some of the different models but I had my eye on a particular model, a wagon. We test drove a couple models than the TDI Sportwagon. During the test drives (I being a retired fire truck mechanic) Claude really impressed me with his knowledge of his VW's. Long story short they didn't have the model at their store but at another store 35 miles away. They offered a price I couldn't refuse so we went to lunch and by the time we got back the car was being prepped. The finance dept. wasn't frightening either, no pressures to buy anything but did offer some different options and that was nice. After finance Claude spent quite a bit of time with my wife going over all the creature features of the car and off she/we went... Honestly, give them a try if your thinking about a VW!! More
