Good experience I worked with them online first. We had come to agreement on the terms of the purchase. When I got there, they pulled up exactly the car we discusse I worked with them online first. Came back and they showed me a proposal that was EXACLY what we disicussed. No tricks. No gimmicks. Just a straightforward transaction. Side note: I went with another man, who they assumed was my partner. They didn't act like it was odd or anything. It was just like the guy there with his girlfriend. LGBT friendly for sure. More

Since then I have taken it to Volkswagen Stone Mountain for a number of 3 ti Beware of this Dealership! I purchased a used Volkswagen CC 4 months ago. Since then I have taken it to Volkswagen Stone Mountain for a number of 3 times to their service department for the same reocurring issues due to engine failure costing over thousands of dollars worth of parts and labor. I rated this Dealership 1 star because of their inability to not only fix the vehicle the first time but now they won't make any exceptions for me to get a lender car because they "ran out". So it became not only an inconvenience but now i have to pay more money out of pocket to rent a car for 3 days so that I don't get fired from my job because of transportation issues. Moral of the story is do your due dilligence and read reviews before choosing who works on your car. More
