The buying process was smooth from beginning to end. I originally contacted them through TrueCar. That led to several phone conversations with Mason Reynolds, based on their competitive internet pricing. He was customer-focused, knowledgeable, and very pleasant during several phone conversations. When I was finally able to make the trip to the dealership, Mason wasn't available for a test drive, so he introduced me to Mohammed Al-Tamimi, who would be my sales rep. My initial feeling wasn't positive, as I felt I had been "handed-off." But only a few minutes with Tamimi convinced me that I was in good hands. He was patient and informative as we drove a couple of different models. Once I had decided that I was interested in a GTI Sport, the negotiation process began and progressed in a very straight-forward, business-like manner with no overt negotiation posturing, showmanship, or drama. I received a fair offer on my trade-in, and a very competitive price on the car. I had to wait 25 ,minutes to meet with Joseph Park, the finance manager, to close the deal, but that meeting went smoothly and professionally as well. Tamimi then did a great job of reviewing the car features and controls with me, and even guided the process of downloading Android Auto, pairing my phone, etc. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I met at the dealership.
