He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by him. He knew the car I was interested in really well and explained and demonstrated its features very thoroughly. The negotiation process was tension free, and even when I got a little tough on the price he handled it without a sales manager paying me a visit - which almost always happened in the past. The finance office part was smooth and quick as well. When the car was prepped and ready to go Mohammad took all the time needed to make sure I was familiar with all the controls and features...and it was getting late by that time.
