They quickly directed me to a salesman, Deni Hodzic, and we went over all the details I was looking for, which they met and exceeded. Shortly after we started test driving new Jettas and were able to find the perfect car for me. A 2016 Jetta SE TSI with connectivity! They walked me through the buying process helping me get the best interest rate by far, giving me the perfect monthly payment and saving me thousands of dollars over the life of the car. Came in for a price check, drove out with a GTI! This past Saturday my wife and I were out and about doing errands. We were in the Conyers area and after eating lunch, decided to go back to the VW de This past Saturday my wife and I were out and about doing errands. We were in the Conyers area and after eating lunch, decided to go back to the VW dealer in Stone Mountain. FYI, we had previously been there about three weeks prior and Mr. Al-Tamimi answered our questions and we got to test drive a GTI. Getting back to this past Saturday, again after lunch we showed up and Mr. Al-Tamimi saw us and came right to us. We sat down at his desk and we were discussing prices on a GTI and the R. Unfortunately 2016 Rs are getting harder to find. So we began pricing up a fully loaded GTI. Again we did not have intentions on buying a car. But he searched his inventory for a GTI meeting our specs so we could just see it and again get prices regarding tax, title, etc. Needless to say, he found a GTI that was even more loaded than what we had thought. The price he gave us after everything literally and offer we couldn't refuse. In all honesty, I paid ever so slightly more for this car, than I did four years ago on my 2012 Golf TDI. Not bad mouthing VW, but the dealer in Union City, avoid it. So after discussing options and what not, we were seen by Rick Kiker and began the financial process and he definitely made the experience smooth and very painless. Yesterday, 8/15, I went back to the dealer to order accessories for the car, I was greeted by several salesmen immediately and Mr. Al-Tamimi was out on a test drive and Rick Kiker assisted me with some paperwork. I also have to say the parts/service personnel are extremely friendly. Today, 8/16, Mr. Al-Tamimi called me and asked if I had any issues, concerns, etc. Last time I bought a VW, from Union City, nobody called me to check if I had issues. Overall, I can say that going to Stone Mountain VW was definitely a much better experience. Mr. Al-Tamimi was excellent and so was Mr. Kiker. I would definitely recommend this dealer over the one in Union City. More

Mohammd al-Tamimi was excellent: Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and never pushy. He felt like an advocate for my wife and I in the process and we feel like we got a good deal. He stayed late and spent a good deal of time explaining options, features, warranty details, comparative deals, etc. Joseph Park helped us with the financing and was also excellent to work with. I strongly recommend the dealership and Tamimi in particular. I will use them for service because of the excellent customer service. More
