They are all about selling a vehicle and not about pleasing the customer. I never test drove the car. Options were never explained. The 2020 Passat drives very noisy. NEXEN NFERA AU7. For a new Passat that is very UNCOMFORTABLE. THE 2019 JETTA I traded was quieter. It had BF GOODWICH tires. There is a stutter in starting the car. The engine has a slight ticking noise. The rear rotors had groves and the service rep was reluctant about replacing. AC motor had to be replaced. When stop at a light with the AC running, the engine has a slight shake. I never had this issue with the 2019 Jetta I traded. I feel I was rushed into this purchased without testing this vehicle. In the beginning I wanted to look at the selection of vehicles even though I wanted a particular color, but the salesperson made it appear as if it was not your policy. He went and got the vehicle. I never got to see and look and make an informed decision. I wanted a Passat because I thought it would have the same driving performance as a 2018 Passat I rented in 2018. I wonder if I was sold a less quality car because the salesman knew I liked the Passat based on my experience with a rental. For the second time I have bring the car in to be checked out. More
