Smoothest purchase experience ever I found Stone Mountain VW via TrueCar/Google. I'd been shopping for a GTI for a little while, and they had two on the lot that fit with what I wanted I found Stone Mountain VW via TrueCar/Google. I'd been shopping for a GTI for a little while, and they had two on the lot that fit with what I wanted perfectly. Wayne Williams reached out to me first, and was extremely helpful getting me the information I needed before coming in. When I did finally get to visit, everyone was awesome! It was a busy day, and I know Wayne and Sung were both supposed to be leaving at 5 that day, but they stuck around late to make sure I was taken care of! It was Sung Hong who convinced me to test drive one of the GTI SE's I was interested in (I'd driven the car already, I was merely stopping in to look and check out financing). I fell in love with the car instantly, despite the heavy rain and the slow drivers all around. When we got back, we started putting together a deal immediately. Wayne and Sung handled everything, and I basically just relaxed while they looked at my trade, talked to finance, and put together paperwork. There were no surprises, all the information they gave me was exactly what I had expected to see, and the transition to Kurt in financing was seamless once everything was approved. Both Sung and Wayne stuck around LATE to make sure I was taken care of! Wayne even took the car to get it gassed up and washed it for me while Sung kept me company waiting for everything to process. Special note about Kurt: you can tell this guy has a passion for this car. We were pretty much done, I was sold on the car and just signing paperwork, but we had the best conversation about the car, including his experiences owning a GTI. Made me feel real good about taking my GTI home! I drove away in my dream car on a rainy Thursday, and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Wayne and Sung to anyone in the market for a VW. They were the best I've ever dealt with, bottom line! More
